🔺️ Car-free Tuesdays must be turned from an administrative notice into a public culture

🔹 To implement this culture-building plan, we must design practical mechanisms so that the use of public transportation, shared rides, bicycles, and other alternative methods of private vehicles will gradually become established among government employees.

If several employees have a common route, they can travel with a shared vehicle instead of using several cars separately.
