🔹 The country's accounting court, which rejected the request to renew the proceedings, announced the conviction of Abdul Ali Asgari and Muhammad Shariatmadari, the former and current CEOs of Khalifars Holding, for "a year of temporary separation from government services" as final and effective.

🔹 The appeals branch of the State Court of Accounts issued a final decision dated August 19, 1405, ending the case of the return of the former and current CEOs of the Gulf Fars Petrochemical Industries Company.

🔹 This case, which was registered in the Accounting Court under number 497-1403, was devoted to the interception of "Abdul Ali Ali Asgari" and "Mohammed Shariatmadari" in relation to the previous decision of the second advisory committee.

In the initial ruling, these two managers were sentenced to temporary dismissal from government service for one year due to administrative offenses.
