The seven-day deadline begins when the US receives the plan. If that happens tomorrow, the plan will start running from that time.

If necessary steps are taken, we believe we can complete this process within four or five days; So on the sixth day the Strait of Hormuz opens and on the seventh day the United States enters into the final agreement.

The actions that the United States must take have been communicated to this country in the past and are within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding.

If there is the required seriousness from the American side, it will happen and the Strait of Hormuz will be opened again.
