In a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Fouad Hussein in New York, the foreign minister emphasized the need for regional countries to adhere to the principle of good neighborliness, and in particular to prevent attackers from using their territories and facilities to prepare and implement aggressive actions against Iran and said: We are determined and serious about protecting our sovereignty and national interests.
