The secret withdrawal of Italian fighter jets from the Saudi Taif base

Italian media revealed:

In the last few hours, the Italian government transferred some of its fighter jets from the Taif base in Saudi Arabia in a completely secret and fast manner.

This action was taken due to security concerns of Saudi bases hit by Yemen.

On the night of September 17, a Eurofighter Typhoon fighter plane of the Italian Air Force was damaged in a ground attack by Yemeni forces on the Malek Fahd air base in Saudi Arabia.
