More than 300 Korean workers complained to the US government
More than 300 workers from South Korea plan to file a lawsuit against the federal government of that country in response to the action of the US Immigration Service in the state of Georgia.
These workers announced that the intervention of the immigration department at their place of work in the state of Georgia seriously violated their human and legal rights.
The lawyers of this group, referring to the conditions of the federal forces during the arrest and search, consider the US government directly responsible for the damages and the violation of the privacy of the employees.
