Two men were accidentally shot while hunting in the Irkutsk region. The Ministry of the Interior reported that one case occurred in Nizhniudinsky district, the other in Usinsky. A 49-year-old resident of the village of Porug was admitted to the Nizhnyodinsk hospital with a gunshot wound to the right cheek. The police found out that the 68-year-old hunter was aiming at a woodpecker, didn't notice his friend and accidentally hit him with a pellet shot. And in the Osinski district, two local residents entered the forest near the Matgen area to look for horses. At one point a deer suddenly jumped in front of one of them. The man fired, but missed and hit his friend. The victim was taken to the hospital with a penetrating wound to the abdomen. A criminal case was opened for this fact. Read IrCity at MAX.
