Foreign Minister: Iran is still ready for defense and diplomacy at the same time, and which way the Americans choose depends on their rationality. Seyed Abbas Arakhchi stated on the sidelines of the meeting of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Parliament: the visit of the Iranian diplomatic delegation to Qatar was held at the level of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and its purpose was to continue consulting with Qatari mediators who were also present in Tehran during the past week. During this trip, there was no plan to negotiate with the American side. As of today, the consultations on the two-day plan with mediators of the negotiations have continued and are on the way to implementation, but we have not yet reached a certain result and the achievement of the result depends on the answers given by the other side to our questions. We are doing our best in this direction and hope that there is rationality on the other side to prefer diplomacy over other ways. The Commander-in-Chief's orders to the senior military commanders clearly showed the will of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Our armed forces also have a clearly defined mission and are much stronger than before, taking advantage of the experiences of the last two wars.
