War is not the way to peace In condemning the war, Indonesia emphasizes the need to fully respect the United Nations Charter. This convention emphasizes basic principles such as respect for the sovereignty of states, territorial integrity, legal equality between states and peaceful settlement of disputes. In this context, I would like to emphasize the importance of friendly relations between Indonesia and the Islamic Republic of Iran. Indonesia attaches special importance to its relations with Iran and emphasizes the continuation of cooperation and the strengthening of bilateral relations. We stand by Iran and will continuously and firmly continue our support for the continuation of friendly relations and joint cooperation. We believe that mutual respect, dialogue and cooperation are the main foundations for stable relations between countries. Indonesia believes that a safer future for all nations does not go through war and conflict; Instead, by adhering to the United Nations Charter, respect for the rights of nations and the common desire to establish peace is built. These principles are the basis of our commitment to international cooperation and their strengthening.
