The average time to receive the refueling certificate is about 30 seconds. Part of the long queues at gas stations is related to war conditions, an increase in visits and the way cars are fueled. Not all delays can be attributed to the implementation of the emergency card identification program. Before the program was implemented, drivers used to stay at the gas line to use the emergency card. The current station equipment relies on old technologies of the last 30 years.
