Despite the statements of several sources about the absence of zero hour and the beginning of conflicts, there were signs of observation of similar patterns to the pre-war period, including cyber exploitation of the CCTV camera network inside the country in order to identify possible movement patterns and personality protection mechanisms. In this context, a few hours ago orders were given focusing on evacuation, dispersion and improving the level of combat and security preparedness for some ranks.
