The Pentagon has secretly established a secret organization called the Technology Support Office (TSO) to develop cyber attacks, supply chain sabotage and fraud tactics. The purpose of these measures is to slow down the military technology programs of enemies, especially China. This organization is headed by the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Steve Feinberg.
