A mass shooting happened in the center of Krakow, Poland, killing five people and injuring at least 12 others. Among the injured are two policemen. According to initial media reports, a 25-year-old man in military uniform drove into the central square in a Subaru without license plates and opened fire on passers-by with an AR-15 carbine. While trying to escape, the attacker got into a shootout with the police, was injured and detained.
