The Ministry of Finance was allowed to additionally borrow up to ₽1 trillion in the domestic market above the plan for 2026. The government made a similar decision. Initially, the placement volume of OFZ was ₽6.47 trillion. For nine months, the Ministry of Finance borrowed 4.47 trillion ₽, and in the fourth quarter it planned to borrow another 2.45 trillion ₽.
