Representatives of the United States, NATO and several European countries held talks on Thursday about potential security guarantees for Kyiv, the report said on Thursday. "The second preparatory meeting before the negotiations between the USA, Russia and Ukraine took place on Thursday at the residence of the Secretary General of NATO in Brussels. The focus of the meeting was security guarantees for Ukraine," the publication reports.
