The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the main issues in relations with the United States are not resolved.
"Crucial issues are not resolved, the sanctions continue, all of (former US President) Joe Biden's sanctions are being reinstated by the current administration, and is introducing additional sanctions of its own against Lukoil, against Rosneft," he said at a press conference in Atlanta.
