Trilateral negotiations between the representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the United States will take place without the participation of Europeans and an agreement was reached with the American side, said the assistant of the Russian president Yuri Ushkov. "We agreed that the tripartite negotiations will be resumed with the participation of representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the United States. They (Europeans - if) can get there if they buy tickets. But no one is going to invite them to the negotiating table," Ushkov said in an interview with IS-Vesti.
