An imported case of Zika fever was registered in Russia. The disease was discovered in a woman who returned from a vacation on the island of Bali to Moscow. The risk of contamination spreading within Russia is excluded. The mosquitoes living in Russia do not pose high epidemiological risks as carriers of dangerous tropical fever, Rosputerbandzor noted.
