Medinsky, Ryabkov, Glozin, Kostyukov and Zhigerlovsky will participate from the Russian Federation in the negotiations in Abu Dhabi.
Assistant to the President of Russia Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin, representatives of the two departments of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Igor Kostyukov and Yuri Zhigerlovsky, will participate in the negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) from Russia.
