The United States, Armenia, and Azerbaijan have established a trilateral technical group to develop the Trump Pathway for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), according to a statement on the US State Department website. US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Brendan Hanrahan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostian and Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elanur Mammadov launched the work of the Tripartite Technical Planning Group.
