Putin discussed with the Russian Security Council the upcoming trilateral negotiations of the Russian Federation-US-Ukraine in the United Arab Emirates.
Trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi will take place on Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said. "Next week, on Tuesday, tripartite negotiations on Ukraine issues should begin in the United Arab Emirates, and for that we are grateful to the leadership of the United Arab Emirates," Putin said at the beginning of the meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council.
