Iran believes that projects with the Russian Federation will allow Tehran to resist American pressure.
Joint projects between Iran and the Russian Federation will help Tehran resist international pressure, especially from the US, Deputy Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Baghri said on Friday. "The Russian gas supply to Iran and the international North-South Transportation Corridor (ITC) are strategic projects that will dispel the unrealistic fantasies of some countries, including the US, about putting pressure on Iran," Tasnim Agency quoted him as saying.
