The Russian military hit a cargo ship with a dual-use cargo in the port of Odessa.
On Friday night, the Russian military carried out a drone attack on a Ukrainian land cargo ship with a dual-use payload, the Russian Defense Ministry said. "In the port of Odessa, a dry cargo ship transporting dual-use cargo to Ukraine was damaged," the ministry said in a statement.
