The miner's creditor, Inopolis Tech, intends to bankrupt former communications minister Nikiforov.
JSC Vega Invest, located near Moscow, intends to apply to the Tatarstan Arbitration Court to declare former Communications and Mass Media Minister Nikolai Nikiforov bankrupt, the creditor said in a statement to the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information (EFRB).
