MOL received an additional license for preparatory transactions within the framework of the purchase of a share in shekels. The Hungarian MOL received an additional American OFAC license for the execution of preparatory transactions within the framework of the purchase of shares in the Serbian energy company NIS (part of the Russian Gazprom Oil), the new license is valid until February 28, 2027, MOL said.
