The European Commission (EC) issued a statement following a meeting on Wednesday in Brussels on Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, attended by delegations from Ukraine, Germany, France, the UK, the US, as well as representatives of NATO and the World Bank. "The talks follow the recent meetings in Miami and are based on the prosperity framework developed at the beginning of the year jointly with Ukraine and the USA.
