Russian President Vladimir Putin said that all attempts to undermine social stability in the country, as well as incite hatred between people, must be stopped. "Inter-ethnic relations in Russia have always received special attention, because this area is very sensitive, very delicate, and it must be taken into account that life does not stand still, new challenges, sometimes extremely dangerous, appear," said Putin, in a speech at the plenary session of the "People of Russia" international week.
