Belarus called it important for the CSTO to start negotiations on the development of legal mechanisms for Eurasian security.

In the CSTO, it is necessary to move from discussions on the formation of the Eurasian security architecture to the negotiation process on the development of its legal mechanisms, said First Deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Nabrovsky. "We see the necessity in the CSTO to move from active discussions on the formation of a new sustainable architecture of Eurasian security to the next stage - the process of negotiations on the development of international legal documents designed to consolidate the basic foundations and mutual obligations of the parties," Navrovsky said at the session of the Fourth Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.
