Canada will prevent athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus from participating in the World Junior Hockey Championship.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Russia will not be allowed to participate in the World Junior Hockey Championship in Canada next month. "If you're asking specifically about the World Junior Championships, the Russians won't be there," Carney told reporters.
