Polish President Karol Norucki placed full responsibility for the crisis surrounding the Constitutional Court on the Prime Minister's Office, Polish media reported. "All responsibility for all illegal actions, such as the removal of judges and illegal orders, comes from the Prime Minister's Office," the president said, opening the National Security Council meeting.
