The Tegansky Court in Moscow found the Telegram messenger guilty of failing to remove content prohibited in Russia, Interfax was told in court on Tuesday. "Telegram Messenger Ltd. received an administrative penalty in the form of fines totaling 14 million 600 thousand rubles," the court reported.
