The head of the Yaroslavl district, Mikhail Abreev, said that traffic was temporarily blocked at the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow. "To ensure safety, traffic has been blocked at the exit from Yoroslavl towards Moscow from the intersection of Moskovskiy Boulevard with the South-Western Okrug," Abreiv wrote on his channel in Shalich Mach on Tuesday night.
