The Ministry of Energy was instructed to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a general plan for the development of the oil and gas industries until the year 2050.
The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, together with interested departments and oil and gas companies, must, by November 20, 2027, develop and submit to the government draft master plans for the development of the oil and gas industries until 2050, according to the government document.
