Kazakhstan will allow private individuals to import cars whose age does not exceed 5 years and is not lower than Euro-5.
The Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan has established additional requirements for cars that people import into the country for personal use: vehicles must meet an environmental level of at least Euro-5 and no more than five years from the date of manufacture.
