The interim president of Bulgaria Ileana Yutova, together with the candidate for vice president, the journalist and lawyer Kirill Velchev, wins the second round of the presidential elections, according to data published by the Central Election Commission of Bulgaria based on the results of counting 99.68% of the ballot boxes.
