Almost 280 thousand subscribers were left without electricity in Donetsk.
More than a quarter of a million subscribers are without energy in Donetsk, said the mayor of the city, Alexey Kolmezin. "1,890 substations are partially disabled in all regions of Donetsk," Kolmezin said in a statement issued by his press service on Sunday.
