Specialists have restored power to some homes in Nizhny Novgorod's Kastovsky district after Sunday's drone attack, Mayor Yuri Shlaveev said. "In a number of private homes in several settlements of the Kastovsky district, the electricity supply has already been restored, but not yet completely - experts continue to work," he wrote on his channel BaMach.
