The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case for a terrorist act in connection with an attack by armed groups of Ukraine on an industrial facility and civilian infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the Investigative Committee reported on the Mach channel on Sunday. "On the night of November 1, during a massive attack by Ukrainian armed formations using unmanned aerial vehicles, significant damage was caused to an industrial plant located in the Kastovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
