The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that fundamental issues in relations with the United States have not been resolved.
Fundamental issues between Russia and the US are not being resolved, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday. "Substantial issues are not resolved, the sanctions continue, all the sanctions (of former US President Joe) Biden are duplicated by the current administration, introducing additional sanctions against Lukoil and Rosneft," he said at a press conference in Atlanta.
