The Kremlin believes that in the future there will be a need for European involvement in negotiations on Ukraine.
Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov admitted that European participation in the negotiations on the Ukrainian settlement will be required at some stage. "And they (the negotiations in Abu Dhabi) will take place in a tripartite format.
