Ushakov admitted that a possible presence of Europeans in Abu Dhabi would complicate the negotiations on Ukraine.
The presence of European representatives in Abu Dhabi, even if they do not participate in the tripartite meeting on Ukraine, could complicate the negotiation process, as the Ukrainians and the Americans may consult with them and take their opinion into account, admitted Russian Assistant President Yuri Ushkov. "If they buy plane tickets, fly to Abu Dhabi and hang out there somewhere, then it means that from time to time they are the same Ukrainians, and even the same Americans, maybe, will report something, consult, maybe, take into account some points of view.
