Tokayev proposed to include Russia in the Organization of Turkic States.
Kazakhstan President Kasem-Jomart Tokayev proposed at the summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara to include Russia in the association. "In order to increase the authority of our organization, it would be a correct and fair decision to maintain a positive attitude towards Russia's intention and invite it to join this format or participate in the activities of the OTS as an observer," Tokayev said, speaking at the OTS summit in Ankara.
