On Friday night, the energy complex of the Lugansk People's Republic was attacked, as a result of the attacks, 14 municipalities of the LPR were left without power supply, said the head of the region, Leonid Peschanik. "In 14 municipalities there is a complete lack of electricity supply, in the rest there were partial outages," he noted.
