Russia and Egypt discuss building a seed factory.
Russia is discussing building a seed factory with Egypt, Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut told reporters. "Yesterday we discussed with Egypt the possibility of building a seed factory to process seeds grown in Egypt, in order to meet the need for seed material with the possibility of further export to African countries," she said.
