A convoy of 25 buses was organized for the humanitarian mission in Alsheki.
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantertova, said that 25 buses and 9 ambulances were organized to take people out of Ishki and help them. "If any of the people express a desire to leave the area, then such an opportunity will be fully organized while complying with all security measures.
