The German contractor Lind is advocating for the priority of the Arbitration Institute at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in the dispute over damage to the Amor gas processing plant, according to a report by the German company. Lind initiated arbitration proceedings against Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (the customer organization and operator of the Amor gas processing plant) in Stockholm regarding the situation surrounding the establishment of the plant.
