An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 was registered on Friday morning in the Pacific Ocean near the southern Kuriles of the Sakhalin region, the Sakhalin branch of the United Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences told Interfax. A magnitude 4.5 earthquake occurred on October 30 at 08:12 local time (00:12 Moscow time) with an epicenter in the Pacific Ocean 102 km east of the village of Malokorilsko on the island.
