The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation proposes to block, along with the fraudsters' accounts in the national messenger, Max and all their SIM cards, and also, possibly, to limit the issuance of new ones, said the head of the ministry, Maksot Shadayev. "Now, when the messenger detects such cases (fraud - IF), it blocks the account and does not allow the fraudster to continue displaying any activity in the messenger with this phone number.
