A draft to increase the standard fuel prices in the flood formula for the years 2027-28 was adopted in the first reading.
The State Duma adopted in the first reading a government bill that will increase for the years 2027-2028. Local "regulatory" prices for gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, used in buffer calculations, may reduce payments to oil companies and airlines.
