The bill on the details of the implementation of the 2027 federal budget was passed in the first reading.
The State Duma adopted in the first reading Bill No. 619-9, which allows for the increase of federal budget expenditures above the total budget by 1.5 trillion rubles in 2027, sets the minimum wage for 2027 in the amount of 28,935 rubles, limits the provision of housing for the exchange of single bank housing to an emergency account, and introduces benefits in a single account.
